Perfect 5.0 Trustpilot score from a CQC-registered clinic group, but no confirmed physical clinic in London itself.

Tiro Score 5.0Trustpilot 5 (476) Greater London & remote

Bodyline (The Bodyline Clinic Limited, CQC provider ID 1-4472783281) is a medical weight-loss clinic group with 7 physical clinics concentrated in Northwest England (Openshaw, Crosby, Warrington, Wilmslow, Stockport) plus UK-wide online video consultations, so London patients are served via telehealth and postal delivery rather than a local branch.

Prescribing is led by 2 specialist GPs and around 30 nurse prescribers. Its GLP-1/GIP injection programme is priced at £220/month, though the specific brand is not named on the pages checked, and additional undisclosed charges apply for onboarding and a starter kit. Bodyline holds a perfect 5.0 Trustpilot rating from 476 reviews, with reviewers describing staff as professional and supportive and reporting real outcomes such as '10kg and 10cm off waist', alongside fast, discreet delivery. No red flags were identified in available sources. Best for London patients happy with a fully remote, video-consultation relationship with a clinic based outside the capital.

It dispenses Wegovy as both an injectable pen (from £119.99) and oral tablet (from £109.99), plus Mounjaro (from £159.99), following a free online consultation and clinical team review; ongoing monitoring, a sharps bin, needles and a progress tracker come free with injectable orders.

Review volume is the highest of any provider checked, with Trustpilot at 4.9 from around 51,000 reviews and Google at 4.9 from 8,144 reviews. Reviewers consistently praise service and delivery speed, though some cite the extra clinical-verification steps before shipment as a friction point, and one report describes treatment being denied after a medical-record check flagged a contraindication. No provider-specific regulatory issues were found. Best for those prioritising a verifiably London-registered pharmacy with the most consistent review record in this set.

The Kingston Pharmacy in Surbiton is a GPhC-registered independent pharmacy (reg. 1036647, trading as Rifcare Ltd) offering Mounjaro, Wegovy and Saxenda via a three-step process: online assessment, then an in-person or video consultation with the superintendent pharmacist or a clinical pharmacist, followed by in-store collection or tracked next-day delivery.

Consultations start from £250, and specific medication pricing is disclosed only after that consultation rather than published upfront. The clinic carries a very strong Trustpilot score (4.8 from around 1,627 reviews) and a Google rating of 4.7, though both reflect the clinic's full range of treatments rather than weight-loss patients specifically. Every licensed option, side by side

All six UK-licensed weight-management medications that London providers sell — and what each actually costs per month.

Coming next — not yet buyable in the UK

Three medications are heading for the UK market but cannot legally be sold here yet — treat any London seller offering them today as a red flag. Orforglipron (Foundayo, Eli Lilly) — the first daily GLP-1 pill with no food-timing restrictions — was approved in the US in April 2026 but is still awaiting MHRA authorisation. CagriSema (Novo Nordisk’s semaglutide-plus-amylin weekly injection) is under FDA review with a decision expected late 2026 and no confirmed UK submission. Retatrutide (Lilly’s triple-agonist) remains in phase-3 trials. We’ll add each to this guide the day a regulated UK provider can prescribe it.

The rest of the licensing picture: Imcivree (setmelanotide) is licensed only for rare genetic obesity and prescribed through specialist services, not retail providers. Ozempic, Rybelsus, Trulicity and Victoza are licensed for type-2 diabetes rather than weight loss — regulated providers steer weight-loss patients to Wegovy or Mounjaro instead. This page compares services and prices, not the medicines themselves — talk to a prescriber about which option fits you.

How to avoid illegal sellers

  • Check the registers. Legitimate pharmacies appear on the GPhC register and clinics on the CQC register. Every profile in this guide lists the registration we found.
  • No consultation is a hard stop. These are prescription-only medicines — a seller who skips the medical questionnaire is breaking the law, whatever the price.
  • Avoid social-media sellers. Medicines bought through Instagram, Telegram or marketplace listings are unregulated, frequently counterfeit, and outside every safety net the regulated route provides.
  • Treat “from £69” ads with care. Headline prices are usually promotional first-month rates; this guide records standing monthly prices instead.

Six routes are licensed for weight management: Mounjaro (tirzepatide, weekly injection), Wegovy (semaglutide, weekly injection or daily tablet), Saxenda (liraglutide, daily injection), Mysimba (naltrexone–bupropion tablets), orlistat (prescription Xenical or pharmacy-strength Alli capsules) and, for rare genetic obesity only, specialist-prescribed Imcivree. Ozempic, Rybelsus, Trulicity and Victoza contain related GLP-1s but are licensed for type-2 diabetes, not weight loss — which is why regulated providers steer weight-loss patients to Wegovy or Mounjaro instead. All except Alli are prescription-only.

Can I buy Mounjaro or Wegovy over the counter in London?

No. These are prescription-only medicines in the UK. Every legitimate provider — online or in person — must run a clinical consultation and have a prescriber approve you first. Anyone offering these medicines with no prescription, on social media or in a beauty salon without a prescriber, is selling illegally.

How much does Mounjaro cost in London?

Across the 119 London providers whose standing Mounjaro prices we verified, the lowest starting price is £105 per month for the 2.5mg dose (at Beckenham Pharmacy), and the median starting price is £179.99. Higher doses cost more — typically £300–£340 a month at 15mg — and heavily advertised "first month from £69"-style rates are promotional offers, not the ongoing price. Prices were checked 1–2 August 2026.

Which is cheapest — Mounjaro, Wegovy, Saxenda, Mysimba or the tablet?

By lowest verified standing monthly price: Saxenda from £58, Wegovy from £59, Oral semaglutide from £63, Mysimba from £67.99, Orlistat / Xenical from £74, Mounjaro from £105. Saxenda is the cheapest entry point of the six, but the medications work differently and are not interchangeable — Saxenda is a daily injection, Mysimba and orlistat are tablets rather than GLP-1 injections, and daily dosing changes the real monthly cost. Which one suits you is a clinical decision, not a price one. Figures checked 1–2 August 2026.

How do I check a seller is legitimate?

Look the pharmacy up on the General Pharmaceutical Council register (pharmacyregulation.org) and clinics on the CQC register (cqc.org.uk). Each profile in this guide shows the registration we were able to confirm, with a link to the regulator. Avoid any seller you cannot find on a regulator register.

Where can I get weight-loss injections in person in London?

136 of the 197 providers in this guide have physical premises across Greater London — the densest cluster is Marylebone and Harley Street, with strong coverage through the City, Chelsea, and independent pharmacies from Croydon to Enfield. Boots also pilots walk-in weight-loss consultations at central London stores. Use the postcode finder at the top of this page to find your nearest.

Can I get Mounjaro on the NHS in London?

NHS access is limited and being phased in through specialist weight-management services with strict eligibility criteria, so most people currently paying for GLP-1 medication in London buy privately from providers like the ones in this guide. Ask your GP about NHS eligibility before committing to private treatment.

Whoever you buy from, track it with Tiro.

Doses, side effects, protein and progress — one companion app for every GLP-1, from any provider on this page.

Tiro is an independent tracking app. We do not sell medication, take no commission from any provider listed, and accept no payment for placement. Prices and ratings were read from each provider’s own site and public review platforms on 1–2 August 2026 and change frequently — always confirm on the provider’s site. This guide is general information, not medical advice: decisions about weight-loss medication belong with you and a qualified prescriber.
