It holds a strong 4.8 Trustpilot rating from over 13,000 reviews, and reviewers report fast ordering and quick delivery, but a recurring cluster of complaints describes Royal Mail delivery failures, including being asked to pay again for a lost parcel pending a Royal Mail claim.
