Terms of Use
Last updated July 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of Tiro. The most important part is simple: Tiro helps you track your GLP-1 journey, but it is not a substitute for your prescriber or medical care.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using the Tiro app or this website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tiro. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. License to use the Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tiro for your own personal, non-commercial health tracking, subject to these terms.
4. Accounts and anonymous use
You can use much of Tiro without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no use that violates the law or the rights of others.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
7. Intellectual property
Tiro, its design, and its content are owned by us and protected by law. Your tracking data remains yours; these terms don't transfer ownership of your data to us.
8. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (such as Apple Health). Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that estimates, projections, or reminders will be accurate or uninterrupted.
10. Health and medical disclaimer
Tiro is a tracking companion, not a medical device, and nothing in the Service is medical advice. Dose calculators, titration planners, and projections are educational estimates based on public labels and clinical-trial averages. Always follow the dosing and schedule instructions from your prescriber, and never change your medication based on the app. See our full medical disclaimer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any health decisions you make. Your use of Tiro is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.
13. Termination
You can stop using Tiro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tiro's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
