Common questions
- Which medications does Tiro support?
- Tiro works for the main GLP-1 medications — semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), plus compounded versions. Dose tools cover the standard label ladders for each.
- Do my body-scan photos get uploaded?
- No. Camera body scans are processed entirely on your device. The photos never leave your phone — only the numeric measurements you choose to save are stored, and only if you enable sync.
- Is Tiro medical advice?
- No. Tiro is a tracking companion and its calculators are educational estimates. Always follow your prescriber for dosing and medical decisions. See our medical disclaimer.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings — cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
