Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tiro account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible — your tracking history, measurements, and account are removed from our systems within 30 days.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Tiro and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Delete account & all data.
  3. Confirm on the “Delete everything?” prompt. Everything is erased on your device and on our servers.

You can also tap Export my data on the same Settings screen to save a copy first.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@tiroglp1.app from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

This can't be undone. Once deleted, your tracking history and measurements cannot be recovered. If you only want to take a break, you can simply sign out instead.
