Prescribing and dispensing run through partner pharmacy The Independent Pharmacy (GPhC 9012559); pricing starts from £160/month for Wegovy and £230/month for Mounjaro, rising with dose. Trustpilot rates the service 4.5/5 from over 1,200 reviews, and reviewers report a responsive care team that replies to negative reviews within 24 hours, along with fast delivery and praise for the accompanying soups, shakes and porridge products. In January 2025 the MHRA published an advertising-investigation outcome finding that Habitual Healthcare Ltd had improperly promoted prescription-only weight-loss medicines via influencer tracking links and discount codes; the company says it has since removed the links, deactivated the codes and updated its procedures. Best for buyers wanting medication bundled with structured coaching who accept the corrected MHRA finding on record.

Fully online, no in-person visits. Patient completes a free eligibility quiz; results go to GPhC-registered prescribers at partner pharmacy The Independent Pharmacy for final sign-off. New patients start at the lowest dose (0.25mg Wegovy / 2.5mg Mounjaro) with escalation at prescriber discretion.
