Mounjaro runs from £179 (£159 new-patient) to £339 at 15mg; Wegovy from £99 (£79 new-patient) to £285 at 7.2mg. It has the largest review base here — 4.5/5 from 35,524 Trustpilot reviews — with reviewers praising quick delivery and easy ordering, but reporting oversized parcels, cold-chain items arriving warm, and templated customer-service replies. In 2026, London Daily reported the site running a 33% discount code on named prescription-only weight-loss medicines; the GPhC's Chief Pharmacy Officer, Roz Gittins, was quoted saying pharmacies should not use such codes for POMs. Best for shoppers who value store collection and wide availability.
