Prices undercut ZAVA's direct site — Wegovy from £88.97/month and Mounjaro from £148.97/month, versus £99.99 and £169.99 direct. Trustpilot rates this profile 4.5 from around 15,116 reviews, and Google shows 4.5 from 541 reviews; reviewers report fast delivery and a near-100% reply rate to complaints, though courier delays and Click & Collect stock issues recur. About 9% of reviews are 1-star, mostly courier-related rather than clinical, with no MHRA, GPhC, or CQC enforcement action found. Best for Asda shoppers wanting ZAVA's lowest prices and store collection.

Fully online, offered both directly (zavamed.com/uk) and via the co-branded 'Asda Online Doctor by ZAVA' portal (onlinedoctor.asda.com). Patient completes a short online health questionnaire; a UK GMC-registered doctor reviews it (most reviews completed within 24-72 hours, weight loss can take longer). If approved, treatment is dispensed from ZAVA's in-house GPhC-registered pharmacy. On the Asda portal, patients can additionally choose free Click & Collect from a local Asda Pharmacy (same day if approved before 3pm) or home delivery.
