Patients complete an online questionnaire, get a pharmacist assessment, then attend in person for baseline vitals, with monthly follow-ups; both walk-ins and bookings are accepted for BMI 30+ (or 27+ with a related condition). A GPhC number (1035180) is stated on-site, though the regulator's own register couldn't be independently checked. Mounjaro is priced from £179 a pen to £349, with a subscription option from £219/month; Wegovy is stocked but priced only after booking. No Trustpilot page or independent Google rating was found.
