Our review

Cloud Pharmacy, legally Pharmarx Ltd, is an online prescribing and dispensing service based in Livingston, Scotland, delivering UK-wide including London via free online consultation and next-day delivery. It carries the broadest range in this batch: Mounjaro from £164.99, Wegovy injection from £114.99, oral Wegovy from £99, and the liraglutide products Saxenda and Nevolat both from £79.99. Reviewers report an easy ordering process, fast delivery and helpful staff, on an unusually strong Trustpilot score of 4.6/5 from around 23,000 reviews; some note scripted or dismissive customer-service responses. Two regulatory points stand out: a September 2025 GPhC inspection found four standards not met around online-prescribing risk management, since remediated and passed at reinspection in April 2026; and in July 2025 the ASA upheld a ruling against the company for a Meta ad that promoted prescription-only weight-loss medicines directly to the public. Best for price-conscious shoppers wanting the fullest medication range.

What reviewers say

Praised

  • · Easy, simple ordering process
  • · Fast/prompt delivery, packages arriving on time and in good condition
  • · Prompt, helpful, professional customer service; good range of products

Complained about

  • · Occasional reports of unhelpful, scripted ("copy and pasted") customer service responses
  • · Isolated complaints of a dismissive ("computer says no") attitude to queries/complaints

Things to know

  • GPhC inspection in September 2025 found 4 standards not met (1.1, 1.2, 1.6, 4.2): inadequate identification/management of risks associated with online prescribing, inadequate and sometimes contradictory risk assessments, and no routine audit of supplies to ensure safe/appropriate-quality service. A reinspection on 23 April 2026 found standards now met after corrective actions (updated risk assessments/prescribing policies, prescriber audits, live image/video call ID verification).
  • ASA ruling upheld 9 July 2025 against PharmaRx Ltd t/a Cloud Pharmacy for a Meta ad that promoted prescription-only medicines (Saxenda, Wegovy, Mounjaro) directly to the public, breaching CAP Code rule 12.12; ASA noted the company did not respond to its enquiries during the investigation and instructed it not to promote POMs to the public in future.
