Reviewers report a smooth online process, quick prescription turnaround, and easy repeat ordering via the NHS App, alongside some reports of deliveries taking over a month and isolated complaints about damaged medication or handling of urgent queries. No enforcement action specific to Well Pharmacy was found, though it operates within a wider 2025–2026 GPhC/MHRA/ASA push on weight-loss drug advertising across the sector.
