Our review
My London Pharmacy (trading name of PharmaExpo Ltd, GPhC premises 9012851) is a fully online, distance-selling pharmacy offering a free consultation, free prescription, and next-day delivery. Headline prices are among the lowest quoted here — Wegovy from £91/month, Mounjaro from £145/month, Saxenda from £124.99/month. It scores 4.6/5 on Trustpilot (1,832 reviews) and 3.9/5 on Google (204 reviews); reviewers praise quick ordering and knowledgeable staff, though some report parcels lost via non-signature delivery with no refund, and one case of temperature-sensitive medication left unrefrigerated for weeks. Separately, the GPhC's Investigating Committee issued a formal warning (determination D024349, 9 October 2025) against the then-superintendent pharmacist of a related, same-named premises (GPhC 9011790) for governance failures running an earlier online Ozempic service — including prescriptions issued without contacting patients' GPs — though the ownership link between the two registrations is not fully confirmed. Best for budget-conscious buyers willing to check delivery terms.

Verification
- Legal name
- PharmaExpo LTD (trading as 'My London Pharmacy' / 'My London Pharmacy HQ')
- Companies House
- 12993595
- GPhC registration
- 9012851 ('My London Pharmacy HQ', Unit 33 Taunton Road, Greenford — Superintendent Pharmacist Yvonne Lim, GPhC 2212927). Note: a related, same-named premises 'My London Pharmacy' (GPhC 9011790, 45 Newman Street, London W1T 1QE) is described by the GPhC's own inspection page as operating 'primarily through an online prescribing service via mylondonpharmacy.co.uk', and the 9012851 inspection record notes the business is 'part of a two-pharmacy group' — i.e. this appears to be the same trading operation split across two registrations, though this could not be 100% confirmed as common ownership.

Things to know
- GPhC Investigating Committee issued a formal WARNING (determination D024349, dated 9 October 2025, published on the register for 12 months) against Mr Yousef Yaghoubi, Director and then-Superintendent Pharmacist of the related 'My London Pharmacy' premises (GPhC 9011790, 45 Newman Street), for governance failures running an online Ozempic prescribing service launched June 2022 — including no risk assessments/audits of the service, no verification that prescribers followed UK guidance, and prescriptions issued without contacting patients' GPs, resulting in some patients receiving inappropriate or excessive supplies. This appears to be part of the same 'My London Pharmacy' trading operation that runs mylondonpharmacy.co.uk (the current site lists a different premises/superintendent, GPhC 9012851 / Yvonne Lim), but the connection between the two registrations is inferred from GPhC inspection-page wording, not independently confirmed as common ownership.
- 8% of Trustpilot reviews are 1-star despite a strong overall 4.6 average, concentrated on delivery/handling complaints noted above.
