Our review

One5 Health is a CQC-registered private clinic group with three London sites — Liverpool Street, Marylebone and Canary Wharf — offering Wegovy and Mounjaro either in-clinic or via a virtual, camera-verified route nationwide. Pricing runs per 4-week supply rather than monthly: in-clinic Wegovy starts at £350 for the 0.25–1mg range up to £375 for 2.4mg, while in-clinic Mounjaro ranges from £400 (2.5mg) to £550 (15mg); virtual pricing is generally cheaper. The fee bundles doctor consultations, delivery and quarterly check-ins, plus optional nutrition and exercise coaching. Reviewers report strong clinical quality and continuity of care (Trustpilot 4.8/5 from 134 reviews; Google 5.0 from 200), but also complain about hard-to-interpret blood results, delayed follow-up and inconsistent scheduling. As a newly CQC-registered provider, it has not yet undergone a full inspection. Best for those who want a GP-style, whole-health service with in-person London appointments rather than a bare online-pharmacy transaction.
