Pricing runs per 4-week supply rather than monthly: in-clinic Wegovy starts at £350 for the 0.25–1mg range up to £375 for 2.4mg, while in-clinic Mounjaro ranges from £400 (2.5mg) to £550 (15mg); virtual pricing is generally cheaper. The fee bundles doctor consultations, delivery and quarterly check-ins, plus optional nutrition and exercise coaching. Reviewers report strong clinical quality and continuity of care (Trustpilot 4.8/5 from 134 reviews; Google 5.0 from 200), but also complain about hard-to-interpret blood results, delayed follow-up and inconsistent scheduling.
