Our review

Voy (formerly Manual) runs a fully online model: an eligibility questionnaire and photo verification are reviewed by a GMC- or GPhC-registered prescriber, with medication dispensed by its own GPhC-registered Manual Pharmacy and app-based coaching included — no in-person visit required. Wegovy starts at £144/month (£119/month on a 12-month plan) and Mounjaro 2.5mg at £214/month. Voy holds the biggest Trustpilot footprint of any provider reviewed here, 4.7 out of 5 across roughly 23,700 reviews; reviewers report fast delivery and a simple sign-up process, alongside complaints about slow, automated customer service and occasional missed deliveries. A BBC investigation published in February 2026 found reporters could order weight-loss injections by submitting false weight data and an outdated photo, prompting a GPhC investigation; Voy says it has since updated its verification checks. Best for those prioritising brand scale and app-based coaching over full transparency on ownership structure.

Things to know

  • BBC investigation (published ~21 Feb 2026, article https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c0j577nd6yxo) found journalists could order weight-loss injections from Voy (and separately from MedExpress) to Northern Ireland by submitting false weight data (claiming to weigh three stone more than actual) and an out-of-date, metadata-stripped photo; both orders were accepted and dispensed next-day with no further verification.
  • GPhC's chief pharmacy officer confirmed GPhC was investigating Voy following the BBC findings (MedExpress was separately issued an improvement action plan after inspection); Voy stated it updated its online verification checks immediately after being contacted.
  • Corporate structure is layered/opaque: the clinical/CQC/GPhC-registered entity is Menwell Limited, while a related company 'VOY LTD' (Companies House 14508043, 29 Church Street, Weybridge KT13 8DG) was dissolved 9 Sept 2025, and another associated entity 'The Way To Weight Loss Ltd' (Companies House 12296833, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF) also appears in searches — exact current holding structure not fully verifiable from public sources.
