Hims & Hers UK Limited launched a GLP-1 telehealth programme in the UK in December 2025, built on its acquisition of London firm Zava. The model is fully online: a free clinician assessment, then dispensing through partner GPhC-registered pharmacies including The London Specialist Pharmacy Ltd. Mounjaro starts from a promotional £69 first month, rising to £129/month standard for the 2.5mg-7.5mg tier (as low as £269/month on a 12-month prepay plan); Wegovy runs from £69 promotionally to £149/month standard. Reviewers value the privacy and discretion around sensitive health topics and praise quick, professional customer support, but also describe unclear auto-renewal terms, money taken without warning, and difficulty cancelling or pausing. No UK-specific Trustpilot score could be confirmed, as reviews found are commingled with the global hims.com profile. As a service only months old in the UK, and with its US parent having faced SEC and FDA scrutiny, its UK track record remains thin. How it works
Fully online telehealth model. Customer completes an online health questionnaire; assessed free of charge by a clinician (marketed as GMC-registered); if approved, the prescription is dispensed by one of two partner GPhC-registered pharmacies and delivered direct to the customer's door.
