Our review
Leyton Pharmacy (GPhC 1040112, per its own site) is another in-person collection point for the Expert Weight Loss online service, run the same way as its sister pharmacies: a free online consultation reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor via Health Finder Pro Ltd, then a booked pharmacy check-in for BMI and vitals before dispensing — no walk-ins. Pricing matches the wider network: Wegovy from £159, Mounjaro from £196 (both four-week supplies). One flag worth noting — the pharmacy's own blog and Facebook content, per search snippets, describes providing 'prescriptions for Ozempic and Wegovy' for weight loss, but Ozempic is licensed in the UK only for type 2 diabetes, not weight management; the live blog page itself could not be directly re-checked. No formal regulatory action was found, and no Trustpilot or Google rating data exists. Best for patients who confirm directly with the pharmacy which product they'll actually be prescribed.
Location
Verification
- GPhC registration
- GPhC registration 1040112 (Leyton Pharmacy, 98 Francis Road); Superintendent Pharmacist Cheta Okonkwo, GPhC registration 2077480 — both per leytonpharmacy.com; not independently re-verified against pharmacyregulation.org, which returned HTTP 403 to WebFetch. A Companies House search for 'Leyton Pharmacy' returned only a similarly-named but distinct entity (SPA Healthcare (UK) Ltd, formerly 'Leyton Green Pharmacy Limited', registered in Pinner) which could not be confidently matched to this business at 98 Francis Road, so legal_name/companies_house_number are left null rather than guessed.
- CQC registration
- Weight-loss consultation/prescribing is delivered through the same 'Expert Weight Loss' platform as Medicos Pharmacy, operated by Harley Digital Health Ltd (Companies House 15919514) with prescribing via Health Finder Pro Limited (Companies House 06240401), which the site states is CQC-regulated. Exact CQC provider/location ID not confirmed — cqc.org.uk returned HTTP 403 to WebFetch.

How it works
Same model as Medicos Pharmacy/Expert Weight Loss: free online consultation reviewed and approved by a GMC-registered doctor via Health Finder Pro Ltd, online payment, then a booked in-person 'check-in/collection appointment' at Leyton Pharmacy for BMI/vitals check and medication dispensing. Booked only, no walk-in weight-loss service. The pharmacy's own blog/Facebook content separately promotes 'Wegovy weight loss injections' and describes providing prescriptions for 'Ozempic and Wegovy' for weight loss (note: Ozempic is licensed in the UK for type 2 diabetes, not weight loss — this wording on the pharmacy's own marketing may be imprecise).

Things to know
- Pharmacy's own marketing (blog/Facebook, per search snippets) refers to providing 'prescriptions for Ozempic and Wegovy' for weight loss — Ozempic (semaglutide) is licensed in the UK only for type 2 diabetes, not weight management, so advertising it for weight loss would be an off-label promotion; could not independently verify wording on the live blog page (returned 404 to direct WebFetch) so this is flagged with caveat, not confirmed as a formal regulatory finding.
