UK Meds

Established online pharmacy with full published pricing, but the lowest Trustpilot score here and an ASA ruling against it.

Our review

UK Meds (UK Meds Direct Limited) is a fully online GLP-1 service: customers complete a questionnaire and an AI photo body-scan for BMI verification, an independent prescriber reviews the case, and dispensing runs through the Medicines2Patient pharmacy network. Pricing is fully published and dose-specific — Wegovy from £117.99 (0.25mg) to £219.99 (2.4mg), Mounjaro from £157.99 (2.5mg) to £304.99 (15mg) — with next-day delivery at £4.95. Reviewers praise fast dispatch and easy ordering, but complain of poor customer service, unwanted recurring billing and unresolved refunds. Its Trustpilot score, 3.4/5 from 15,572 reviews, is the lowest reviewed here, below the 4.6/5 Feefo score shown on its own homepage. In February 2026 the ASA upheld complaints against 13 social posts sharing discount codes for prescription weight-loss injections tied to UK Meds, which said these related to a 'now-discontinued affiliate programme.' Best for those wanting full published pricing who can tolerate mixed reviews.

How it works

Fully online: customer completes a health questionnaire plus 'FitXpress', an AI-powered photo body-scan (front and side full-body images) used for BMI verification; an independent GMC-registered prescriber reviews the case and, if approved, the order is dispensed via the Medicines2Patient pharmacy network (100+ partner UK pharmacies) and couriered to the patient.

What reviewers say

Praised

  • · Fast, reliable next-day delivery frequently praised
  • · Ordering process described as quick, easy and competitively priced
  • · Approval/consultation turnaround often described as very fast (medication dispatched within ~48 hrs of approval)

Complained about

  • · Poor customer-service responsiveness: multiple reviewers report unanswered emails and no way to reach a human by phone (voicemail/email only)
  • · Billing/subscription issues, including being charged for unwanted recurring/annual orders
  • · Unresolved refund and missing/incorrect-item complaints (e.g. wrong pack size sent, no follow-up)

Things to know

  • In February 2026 the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) upheld complaints against 13 social-media posts sharing discount codes and referral links for prescription-only weight-loss injections linked to UK Meds Direct (alongside Voy, Zava and MedExpress); UK Meds said the posts related to a 'now-discontinued affiliate programme'. The MHRA said such incentivised posts 'undermine safeguards designed to protect patients' by bypassing required clinical assessment.
  • UK Meds' own homepage displays a Feefo score of 4.6/5 (7,284 reviews) rather than its Trustpilot score, which sits notably lower at 3.4/5 — a discrepancy worth noting when comparing 'best rating shown' vs. independently-checked Trustpilot data.
  • No CQC registration was found for UK Meds Direct or its named prescriber/pharmacy partners in this research, despite the service performing remote prescribing consultations.
